Operator Matrix focuses on frequency, judgment, stability, reversibility, maintenance, and control—the constraints that make a simple operating choice expensive or durable.
The lab favors explicit trade-offs over management mythology and owned evidence over anecdotes.
The standard
A decision is a hypothesis until the smallest useful test produces evidence.
Learning matters, but a recommendation that never survives application is only potential. Operator Matrix treats the output of every matrix as a starting point for a bounded, observable test.
